I get it. You’re worried you’re going to lose all your gains.
You’re worried you’re going to get out of shape.
You don’t think that you can accomplish much working out at home with limited equipment.
The reality of the situation is there are so many things you can do with just your bodyweight, that especially with the addition of some basic equipment (bands, etc) you can get a fantastic workout and not just maintain, but CONTINUE to make progress.
I know what you’re thinking.
“Yeah, sure, maybe if you’re just a beginner. I’ve been lifting weights for years. I need heavy weights.”
You’re still wrong.
I’ve been lifting weights for over 8 years. All of the exercises I’ve put together in this free guide are exercises that I regularly do myself that have effectively allowed me to build muscle mass and strength without any free weights whatsoever.
There’s lots of free bodyweight guides out there right now, but unfortunately I can tell they’re made by people who don’t really train with just bodyweight or limited equipment.
I’ve also included exercises and progressions that I’ve used with clients. Tested and proven methods that my clients have successfully used while travelling, in hotel rooms, etc.
The point I’m trying to make is that it’s close minded to think you absolutely need a gym to get in shape.
You can build a body that makes you feel fucking amazing, with very limited equipment.
Building a body you love to see in the mirror, feeling strong and capable of handling yourself, it’s a feeling most people are missing out on.
The confidence and charisma gained as a result improves all of your interactions with other people.
A great looking body earns an instant level of respect from others.
These changes allow you to grow into your full potential, no longer held back by feeling weak, tired, and pathetic.
Exercise helps you relieve stress, and while your world is falling apart around you, focusing on improving your physical fitness feels good.
It’s something you have control over. You may not be able to control what happens with your job or your career or what sort of aid we receive.
But you can exercise, eat well, and in turn, relieve stress, get a hit of dopamine, and have something positive in your life that nobody or anything can take away from you.
Shutting out the world and focusing on my fitness has helped me get through some really dark times, and I think it will for you too.
My home workout guide will give you everything you need to get started.
